What is the Whole30?

The Whole30 is a 30 day reset that aims to repair your relationship with food, as well as improve the damage caused by silent inflammation.
By the end of the 30 days, you have a baseline for how energetic, rested, and in-control you can feel; and then the real fun begins!

Well, ok. "Trash Panda" refers to a raccoon, but I see some similarities between the way I used to eat and rummaging around a garbage can.
